SHIPPING
How much is the shipping fee for my order?
Linen Oasis offers free shipping within Australia and New Zealand on all items over $100.
We use a variety of couriers and Australia Post for our deliveries.
Shipping is calculated at a checkout.
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from our premises in Perth, WA, so please allow up to 10 days for your delivery. We aim to post all orders within 2 days of purchase.
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.
We're doing our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, however, due to the impact of the global COVID-19 outbreak, may affect the delivery schedule of logistics to some destinations. We suggest you keep abreast of the latest logistics situation and contact us when necessary.
What your shipping bags are made of?
With sustainability as our core value, we use only ecologically sustainable product. Our shipping bags are plant-based and contain zero poly plastic. The packaging is fully biodegradable and breaks down without any harmful microplastics or residues. Our packaging is certified home and commercially compostable.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it back within 30 days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge).
Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags attached.
Linen Oasis reserves the right to decline issuing a refund if the item is not returned to us in original condition.

For a change of mind return the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our distribution centre in WA.
This policy applies to all purchases made online from Linen Oasis.
Please note that Linen Oasis are not responsible for any returned item that is misplaced before it reaches our distribution centre.
All return items sent back to our distribution centre will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with.
Please note: No refunds on sale items - we can provide store credit if it’s returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Where is your linen grown?
We exclusively use European flax that is grown in Europe to European Flax® certified standards that is the native habitat for flax and provides the ideal conditions for growing high quality, sustainable flax for linen. This also means that flax growers and traders follow ethical and sustainable best practices to guarantee traceability and accountability through each stage of production.
Where is your bedding made?
All our bedding is sewn in China, as 90% of all flax bed linen is. Our manufacturer has been audited by SEDEX ® an independent world’s leading ethical trade membership organisation.
SEDEX Membership Ethical Trade Audit report shows that people working conditions are satisfactory and people are happy in their environment. The youngest age of the person working at the factory recorded to be 32 years old.
Is your linen certified?
We only supply linen exclusively produced from material certified according to STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX® Certified linen. OEKO-TEX® textiles and fabrics are certified free of harmful chemicals and are safe for human use. OEKO-TEX® is a global standard, so it’s the same in every country.
Every part of the garment, including stitching, buttons and coatings have been tested. Certification is not compulsory to obtain, however our manufacture pride themselves in producing ecologically sustainable product.
What weight is your linen thread?
Linen Oasis is offering pure linen sheets and we do not boast about their 'thread count', as linen is measured in grams per square metre (GSM). This is due to the quality of natural fibre, the way flax grow, processed and manufactured. We use a 170 GSM (Grams per Square Meter) thread, which we have found to perfect balance quality, durability, and comfort.
